Who is behind Equipt

Equipt is made by Apologia House LLC. If you have a question about your privacy, email privacy@equiptfaith.com.

The age rule

Equipt is not made for children. To use Equipt you must be 18 or older. In some countries the app shows a 14-or-older rule instead. The app picks the rule by checking which country's App Store your Apple account uses. That check is only about which rule to show you. It is not proof of your age or of where you live.

What Equipt saves when you tap Continue

Equipt saves three things: your account identifier, the version of the rule you agreed to, and the time our server received it. That is all. We do not ask for your birthday, your exact age, your home address, an identity document, or your religion.

Why we keep it

We keep that record for one reason: to show that your account agreed to the rule that was on the screen. We rely on your consent to keep it. You give that consent when you tap Continue.

The record is kept by Equipt and by Supabase, the company that hosts Equipt's accounts, which may store it in the United States. It is not shared with analytics or advertising companies.

If you say no, or change your mind

If you do not tap Continue, or if you remove the confirmation later, you stay signed in, but lessons and other protected parts of Equipt stay closed until you confirm again. You can still sign out, delete your account, read the Privacy Policy, manage a subscription, and get help from Support.

Your settings

Your privacy settings matter. Privacy & Data is in the app's Settings. You can remove the confirmation there at any time. Deleting your account deletes the record too.

Your rights

You can ask what Equipt has about you, ask us to correct it, ask for a copy you can take with you, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@equiptfaith.com. You can also complain to the privacy regulator where you live, including the National Privacy Commission in the Philippines.

If you think someone younger than the rule allows has used Equipt, email privacy@equiptfaith.com so we can review the account and take the right steps for the data and access.

Be careful in chat

Do not type private things into chat that you do not want processed. Chat messages go to Equipt's chat provider so it can answer you. Chat text is not used for analytics, replay, diagnostics, operational events, or general logs.

When this notice changes

If we make an important change to this notice or to the Privacy Policy, we update the effective date at the top of the page and tell you about the change.
